Special Breathrough Packages:

Silver Breakthrough Package: 8 Hours over 4-6 weeks. This is for individuals who are ready to make a change. This option is recommended if you wish to loose weight, make a wealth shift or look to change more than 1 area of your life.

Elite Gold & Platinum Package options available upon request and are tailor made to your specific requirements.

Please ensure you arrive on time, to get the most out of your session. Appointment times are strictly aheared to.

Where are the Appointments Held?

Face to Face: Richmond, Surrey, UK (20 mins Overland from Waterloo, London)

For appointment at your office in London: investment will be additional 50%. (This is by special arrangement only.)

Telephone: These are usually held by Skype conference call facility which is a free software easily downloadable on the internet. If you wish to call my mobile or landline then this can be arranged.

Travel:

By Tube: District line from Central London to Richmond

By Train: Overland from London Waterloo, Vauxhall & Clapham Junction, 20 minutes

By Car: 20 minutes from M25, 5 minutes from North Circular. Parking is available  5 minutes walk away at Paradise Car Park

What to Expect:

Whilst Jo is an accomplished coach and therapist, it is your responsibility for change. If any tasks are given to you, it is your responsibility to complete these for maximum positive change.

What to bring/do beforehand:

Prior to your first session, you will be sent an email with map and directions.

You will also be sent a few questions to consider before your appointment. This will enable Jo to identify any clear patterns you have and will fast track your requirements.

Check your email after making an appointment for more information.

Payment:

Please note 24 hours cancellation policy in place. If cancelled with 48 hours of confirmed appointment 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Credit Card Details will be requested upon booking to confirm your appointment.

Payment will be processed on day of first appointment.
