Terms & Conditions of Jo Ward & NLPlifecoaching plus associated companies

Our agreement with you
These terms and conditions apply to all NLPlifecoaching & Jo Ward programmes.
All programmes are as described in our most recent promotional literature, although we do reserve the right to add value, upgrade the training venue, use more suitable trainers and modify the programme’s content.

Our payment terms:
Full payment for the programme must be received prior to attending the training workshop and 121 sessions, unless you have been accepted onto our payment plan scheme. In this situation we must have completed paperwork returned to us at least seven days prior to attendance.

Cancellation policy:
48 hours notice is required for cancellation of 121 appointments.
Cancellations of 121 appointments less than 48 hours notice or non-attendance will be charged in full.
Notification of cancellation must be made by telephone (not email or text).All bookings made at special promotional events, talks, and exhibitions are non refundable as specified in the booking form. Full payment must be received 1 week before the start of the Training Course.

What happens if you can’t attend the programme.
The course fee is non-refundable, however you may transfer to an alternative course date. The fee for transfer is 50% of course cost at time of transfer, as specified on the website.
If you are not happy with the programme
We are confident that we will exceed your expectations, however:
If you are unhappy with any other part of the programme, please write to The Director of Jo Ward & NLPlifecoaching, c/o NLPlifecoaching, within 30 days of the workshop. We say 30 days because we believe you should have experienced every part of the programme by this time.

Responsibility for Change

Even though every support will be given to you during your sessions and trainings that you book, you are responsible for your change and outcome. Any tasks that you will be given will be for your benefit and it is your responsibility to complete this for maximum shift in your mindset and ultimately to achieve your desired outcome. Also note, in accordance with EU Regulations, all services offered & undertaken by Jo Ward, NLP Lifecoaching & associated companies are for entertainment only & not experimentally proven. By signing up for any 121 work or trainings/events you are participating voluntarily & agree that all services provided by Jo Ward are done purely to inform. In the event of being in direct participation with Jo Ward  you hold her completely harmless, and will seek no compensation or damages for any experience(s) that may occur. You consent to treatment being performed on you by Jo Ward.  You understand that there are no guarantees and hereby give your consent to treatment.
You receive this treatment at your own risk and have no claim whatsoever against Jo Ward or NLPlifecoaching for any work that Jo Ward may perform on you or for any incurred personal expense. You acknowledge that Jo Ward is not a Medical Doctor.
You appreciate that, as Jo Ward you have no recourse to her personally or NLPlifecoaching should his work not effect a complete recovery from your particular problem. You accept the work solely seeks to inform & increase awareness, and any changes this may create in you & for you are purely coincidental, you remain totally and personally responsible for everything that effects you & will hold no one else liable.
You are also agreeing to be guided through relaxation, visual imagery, creative visualization, hypnosis, and stress reduction processes and techniques for the purpose of vocational or avocational self-improvement.  You understand that the treatments & hypnotherapy you are receiving is not a substitute for normal medical care and you are advised to discuss this hypnotherapy with any doctor who is taking care of me now or in the future.  Additionally, you should continue any present medical treatment and consult your regular medical doctor for treatment of any new or old illnesses.
You are also responsible to inform Jo Ward if you have received treatment for any medical issues, including: Diabetes, Epilepsy, Heart Disorder, Schizophrenia and if you are on any medication prescribed by the medical profession.

Our materials
We have spent considerable time and money compiling our training materials and they are copyrighted to us. You are able to use small extracts for your personal use as a qualified NLP practitioner only. Any reproduction or distribution is not allowed.
You may not use our logo without our written permission.
Audio and video recording during workshops is not allowed.
Occasionally, we film trainers and your attendance at the course gives us the right to use your image and voice in any recordings without payment to you.

Other Points
NLPlifecoaching & Jo Ward is a coaching & training company, not an agency. Your success in building your business is in your hands – although we will help you in any reasonable way possible.
We are not liable to refund fee differences that may arise due to delegates booking at different times, promotions etc.
We do not claim to offer "cures". Fees are charged for the treatment process and my time.
The programme may contain material that is in the public domain.
If we change the venue, even at short notice, we will of course inform you. However, we will not be liable for any travel or additional accommodation costs you might incur due to this change.
We rarely cancel programmes but if we do, we apologise for any inconvenience but cannot compensate you in any way.
In the event that Jo Ward and NLPlifecoaching is liable to any extent under this agreement or general law, liability is limited to the amount of the fee paid by you.
By registering on this training programme, you are allowing us to use your personal data so that we can maintain your membership. Occasionally we allow carefully selected companies, in the areas of personal development and training, to send you information on their programmes.
